Zusammen mit meinem Kunden, einem international agierenden LUXUS RETAIL Unternehmen im Bereich Edelmetalle suchen wir einen motivierten Store Manager (m/w/d) für eine Neueröffnung in Freiburg.

Tasks:

Management of a team of 4 people

Exzellenter Kundenservice & Coaching der Mitarbeiter im Luxus Hospitality Bereich

Proactive collaboration in the field

Personnel and administrative responsibility for the store

Active work with the CRM system

Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
-
Enge Kooperation mit dem Retail Area Manager und der Zentrale
-
Management, motivation and potential development of the team
-
Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
-
Carrying out recruitment processes, in-store training and feedback interviews with store staff
- Konzeption und Durchführung interner Schulungen zur Vermittlung von Fachwissen über Edelmetalle, Uhren und Schmuck
Requirements:

Successfully completed training or studies

Fluent German; English and other foreign languages preferred

Berufserfahrung im RETAIL, idealerweise im PREMIUM bzw. LUXUS Bereich
- Idealerweise langjährige Erfahrung im An- und Verkauf von Edelmetallen, Uhren und Schmuck
- Ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse und Leidenschaft für Schmuck, Edelsteine, Edelmetalle
