ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (Luxury Retail Brand)

For an internationally operating LUXURY RETAIL company in the watch & jewelry industry we are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager in Düsseldorf.

Tasks:

• Excellent customer service in the luxury sector
• Proactive collaboration in the field
• Personnel and administrative responsibility for the store as a link between the store manager and employees
• Active work with the CRM system
• Clienteling
• Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
• Supporting the Store Manager in managing, motivating and developing the potential of the team
• Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
• Goods, warehouse and cash register management as well as ensuring the operational daily routine
• Motivation, leadership and in-store training of store staff

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• Fluent in English and German; other foreign languages are welcome
• Professional experience in LUXURY RETAIL, ideally in the watch & jewelry sector
• Initial management experience an advantage, but not essential
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Hands-on mentality
• Communication talent, team player and role model towards employees and customers
• Ability to deal with different customers and characters
• Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy
• Motivation and hunger for success
• Ideally know-how in the area of CRM systems and dashboards
• Experience in the areas of clienteling and event organization
