My deep knowledge of psychology and self-development, combined with my feminine intuitive grasp of human nature, aids me in filling RETAIL vacancies with professional individuals who are the right fit. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I provide tailored staffing solutions for international and intercultural RETAIL clients.
When I founded my own recruiting business at the beginning of 2021, I brought with me many years of expertise in RETAIL headhunting from my jobs at two of the world's largest recruitment companies. My understanding of the RETAIL sector, customer expectations and the mindset of premium and luxury brands is enriched by my academic background in International Business, coupled with extensive international experience in recruitment, in B2C and B2B sales within RETAIL & FMCG.
I work quickly, effectively and highly professionally, and I continuously do training in the latest recruiting trends as well as self-development, sales, communication and time management.
