Together with my client in the LUXURY RETAIL sector, we are looking for a motivated Luxury Client Advisor for the boutique in Hamburg city center.
All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.
Tasks:

Professional 360° advice for customers

Customer loyalty; building long-term customer relationships

Representation of the brand

High customer orientation and enthusiasm for the product ranges

Shared responsibility for the economic result of the branch

Achievement of business and merchandise management KPIs

Vision for sales potential, including in the area of omnichannel services

Close cooperation with supervisors at the branch and company headquarters
Requirements:

Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in retail

Heart and soul for retail, service and customers

Excellence in the area of customer experience
