LUXURY SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR (WATCHES & JEWELRY)

For our client in the LUXURY RETAIL sector we are looking for a motivated Senior Client Advisor for the boutique in Berlin Stadtmitte.

All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.

Tasks:

• Professional 360° advice for customers
• Customer loyalty; building long-term customer relationships
• Representation of the brand
• High customer orientation
• Enthusiasm for the product ranges
• Shared responsibility for the economic result of the branch
• Achievement of business and merchandise management KPIs
• Vision for sales potential, including in the area of omnichannel services
• Close cooperation with superiors at the branch and company headquarters
• Clienteling, storytelling
• Co-organization and participation in events

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or studies
• Several years of professional experience in luxury retail, ideally in the watch & jewelry industry
• Passion for retail, luxury customer service and customers
• Excellence in the area of customer experience
• Sales affinity
• Sound retail KPI knowledge
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Results-oriented approach and good business sense
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Affinity for fashion, beauty, premium & luxury
• Positive attitude and motivation
