SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR (FASHION)

For our client in the LUXURY RETAIL sector, we are looking for a motivated Senior Client Advisor for the branch in Frankfurt am Main.
All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.
Tasks:
- Professional 360° advice for customers
- Customer loyalty; building long-term customer relationships
- Representation of the brand
- High customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for the product ranges
- Shared responsibility for the economic result of the branch
- Achievement of business and merchandise management KPIs
- Vision for sales potential, including in the area of omnichannel services
- Close cooperation with superiors at the branch and company headquarters
- Clienteling, storytelling
- Co-organization and participation in events
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or studies
- Several years of professional experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in the fashion industry
- Passion for retail, luxury customer service and customers
- Excellence in the area of customer experience
- Sales affinity
- Sound retail KPI knowledge
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Results-oriented approach and good business sense
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
