ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER (Premium Fashion)

For an internationally operating PREMIUM RETAIL company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) at the Ingolstadt location

Tasks:

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing the store
• Deputy leader of a team of 4 people
• Premium customer service
• Product training and employee coaching
• Proactive collaboration in the field
• Active work with the CRM system
• Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
• Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the premium sector
• Economic thinking and strong decision-making skills
• Fluent in English and German; other foreign languages are welcome
• Ideally initial management experience
• Strong customer and service orientation in the premium sector
• Hands-on mentality
• Communication talent, team player and role model
• Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy
• Motivation and hunger for success
• Excellent retail KPI knowledge
• Ideally experience with CRM systems and clienteling
