BOUTIQUE MANAGER (PREMIUM FASHION BRAND)

For an internationally operating PREMIUM RETAIL company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a motivated Boutique Manager (m/f/d) at the Cologne location

All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.

Tasks:

• Independent responsibility of the branch
• Management of a team of 4 people
• Excellent customer service & coaching of employees in the premium area
• Proactive collaboration in the field
• Active work with the CRM system
• Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
• Close cooperation with the Retail Area Manager and the HQ abroad
• Management, motivation and potential development of the team
• Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
• Carrying out recruitment processes, in-store training and feedback interviews with store staff

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the premium sector
• Economic thinking and strong decision-making skills
• Fluent in English and German; other foreign languages are welcome
• First management experience
• Strong customer and service orientation in the premium sector
• Hands-on mentality
• Communication talent, team player and role model
• Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy
• Motivation and hunger for success
• Excellent retail KPI knowledge
• Ideally experience with CRM systems and clienteling
• A large network of customers from the premium sector
