Für ein international agierendes PREMIUM RETAIL Unternehmen im Bereich Uhren & Schmuck suchen wir einen motivierten Multi-Store-Manager (m/w/d) am Standort München

Tasks:

• Führung von 4 kleinen Boutiquen
• Excellent customer service & coaching of employees in the premium area
• Proactive collaboration in the field
• Personelle und administrative Verantwortung der Stores
• Active work with the CRM system
• Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
• Close cooperation with the Retail Area Manager and HQ
• Management, motivation and potential development of the team
• Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
• Durchführen von Einstellungsprozessen, In-Store Trainings und Feedbackgesprächen des Personals

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• Fluent German; English and other foreign languages preferred
• Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the PREMIUM sector
• Führungserfahrung von Teams von mindestens 8 Personen
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Hands-on mentality
• Communication talent, team player and role model towards employees and customers
• Ability to deal with different customers and characters
• Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy
• Motivation and hunger for success
• Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
