STORE MANAGER (Premium Fashion)
Premium retail company in Nuremberg
Together with my client, an international internationally operating PREMIUM RETAIL company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a motivated Store Manager (m/f/d) in Nuremberg

Tasks:

Management of a team of 4 people

Excellent customer service & coaching of employees in the premium area

Proactive collaboration in the field
-
Personnel and administrative responsibility for the store
-
Active work with the CRM system
-
Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
-
Close cooperation with the Retail Area Manager and the HQ abroad

Management, motivation and potential development of the team
-
Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
-
Carrying out recruitment processes, in-store training and feedback interviews with store staff
Requirements:

Successfully completed training or studies
-
Fluent German; English and other foreign languages preferred

Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the PREMIUM sector

Preferably initial management experience in a small team

Strong customer and service orientation

Hands-on mentality
-
Communication talent, team player and role model towards employees and customers

Ability to deal with different customers and characters

Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy

Ideally know-how in the area of CRM systems and dashboards
