STORE MANAGER (Premium Fashion)

For an internationally operating PREMIUM RETAIL company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) for a shopping center in Munich 

All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.

Tasks:

• Management of a team of 4 people
• Excellent customer service & coaching of employees in the premium area
• Clienteling
• Organization and implementation of networking events
• Proactive collaboration in the field
• Personnel and administrative responsibility for the store
• Active work with the CRM system
• Preparation of reports & key figure analyses
• Close cooperation with the Retail Area Manager and HQ
• Management, motivation and potential development of the team
• Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures
• Carrying out recruitment processes, in-store training and feedback interviews with store staff
• Organization and implementation of networking events

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training or studies
• Fluent in English and German; other foreign languages are welcome
• Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the PREMIUM FASHION sector
• First management experience of a small team
• Strong customer and service orientation in the PREMIUM/LUXURY sector
• Hands-on mentality
• Communication talent, team player and role model towards employees and customers
• Ability to deal with different customers and characters
• Positive, self-confident and confident charisma as well as a high level of empathy
• Motivation and hunger for success
