Zusammen mit meinem Kunden, einem international agierenden PREMIUM RETAIL Unternehmen im Bereich Streetwear Fashion, suchen wir einen motivierten Store Manager (m/w/d) in München.

Tasks:

Leading a team of 8 people

Excellent customer service & coaching of employees in the premium area

Proactive collaboration in the field

Personnel and administrative responsibility for the store

Active work with the CRM system

Preparation of reports & key figure analyses

Close cooperation with the Retail Area Manager and the HQ abroad

Management, motivation and potential development of the team

Proactive and sustainable implementation of the development of measures to efficiently increase key figures

Carrying out recruitment processes, in-store training and feedback interviews with store staff
Requirements:

Successfully completed training or studies

Fluent German; English and other foreign languages preferred

Professional experience in RETAIL, ideally in the PREMIUM sector
