WORKING STUDENT / INTERN

For our small team we, OLGA HOFMANN RECRUITMENT, are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) or working student (m/f/d) with the option of a permanent position.
The job can be carried out up to 100% remotely. The induction and regular team meetings will take place in Frankfurt am Main.
All personal formulations are to be considered gender-neutral.
Tasks:
- Diverse administrative activities (e.g. creation of professional documents, presentations and Excel lists)
- Structure and process optimization; implementation of new programs/apps for optimal structural processes
- Maintenance of the CRM system
- Social media maintenance
- Website maintenance
- Preparatory accounting
- Research & active sourcing (direct approach of candidates via social media)
- Carrying out marketing campaigns
- Independent copywriting and online marketing, especially on LinkedIn and Facebook
- And many other exciting tasks
Requirements:
- MOST IMPORTANT: thorough, diligent, effective and responsible way of working
- MOST IMPORTANT: detail- and process-oriented self-organization
- MOST IMPORTANT: Attention to detail
- At least 2 successfully completed semesters of study with a focus on business administration / business management / marketing / sales or similar areas
- Preferably already successfully completed commercial training
- First professional experience in the commercial sector an advantage
- Motivation, self-organization
- Business fluent German language skills (written and spoken), eloquence and pleasure in writing texts
- Ideally fluent in English
- Confident handling of MS Office
- IT affinity as well as know-how and interest in various IT/CRM systems
- Affinity for and know-how in the field of social media
- Open and friendly manner, strong communication skills
- Ideally interested in the RETAIL / Fashion / Lifestyle sectors
